ApplyMake 200 calls a day to clients. Build lasting client relation, track business flow, Escalate issues to sales team and follow up for resolution. Minimum 6 monts experience in outbound tele calling.
Apply1 to 2 years of experience in tech support, especially trouble shooting hardware, software and network issues , LAN, IP, OS,Critical thinker, attention to details and natural problem solver.
